Our house is some 75 years old, has a small kitchen and laundry and, of the total area of the block, less than half can be developed because of poor access to the rear section which is some 30 metres below street level. This section also has two easements. Nick suggested a broad spread of advertising which paid off as we had 3 bidders at the online auction resulting in a very satisfactory outcome. Nick was always prompt to answer queries. His good advice and guidance were invaluable which avoided us making a hasty and costly mistake in accepting an early bid. We chose Nick to sell our mother’s home which was looking very dated and neglected when Nick first saw it.
